Any chance of a feature barring certain players from my games? I always play public games and love the variety of playing with a random set of the wonderful people on this site. However a small few really get on my tits and I'd really rather not play with them. I'd also like to exclude people who don't finish games. I know I could set games to not autostart and kick them manually but its a bit of a faff and delays the game. Ta N

Maybe. I've considered this idea in the past but I'm not sure how it would work regarding the visibility of games. Should games that a player cannot join be displayed to them? Or should games be invisible to players who can't join them?
Moreover, if games are invisible to some players, then they should probably be invisible to users not logged in as well, since otherwise a user could log in and out and observe games appearing and disappearing. (Even then, a user could register an additional account purely in order to see all games.)
Perhaps, though, you do not care whether games are visible to the users you've blocked? It can certainly be done, I'm just not sure how the details should work.

I don't think it needs to (or should) be invisible. Each player has a blocked list, and if they start a game, the blocked people would see a 'blocked' field, instead of 'private' or 'public.'

Agree 100%. Keep it simple.
Also agree with Redessa, below; a option to bar would be very helpful.

I don't care about games being invisible. I just don't want people who are a waste of space messing up my games. Just don't show the Join button if they are blacklisted. A general option would be fab too - e.g. don't let anyone join if they were kicked recently or even had late turns recently though that'd be harsh IMHO. Quite happy for someone to know I don't want to play with them. If they ask me why I'll tell them too.

I agree with a block option. I can't get why some users sign up for games with certain time limits when they are perpetually unable to meet those limits.

How about an option to exclude people below a certain promptness score. So if you have been late and kicked from some many games people can start excluding you.
