I was kicked out of a game despite the fact that I never took more than 24 hours to make a move (and usually took far less time). Is there a way I can find out what my "transgression" was?
This is the game:

From the game log, it looks as though you were accepted as a replacement, but didn't make any moves in the game in the four days that followed. Did you receive an email telling you that you had been accepted? Did you see the game in your list of games you were playing in?
I will remove the game from your list of played games so that it does not appear in your record. Your statistics will update themselves within 24 hours.

Thanks. I must have somehow missed it even though I check in more than once a day.

I got kicked out of another game where I was a sub. Seems I'm not seeing when I joined a game. It is not listed in my list of games. Is there a place where I'm supposed to go?

I want to check - are you saying that when you go to this page, you don't see games in which you're a replacement under the heading "Games this user is currently playing in that are in progress"? I can't work out why that would happen, but I'll look a bit harder if you're sure they're not appearing there.
As an example, this player is a replacement in this game, but the game appears on his games page.

yes, that's what I'm saying. But maybe I somehow missed it twice.

I am also wondering what I did to get kicked out of a game 16 minutes after I made a move. Game # 10025, I cut and pasted the game log to show the timing of the events.

Also happened in #9844. I also cut and pasted from the game log. Niccolo gets booted 3 and a half hours after making a move and then I get accepted by skip and booted in the same second.
please help, thank you

A bug in the game log display program. It was displaying the times incorrectly. It is fixed now.

I still don't understand how this happened as I've played daily since easter and would not have missed a turn. Also, what do I do now that I was replaced in one game and somehow the other game it is in my completed games section of my user detail page and yet it is highlighted in green like it's my turn, but I don't show up when I click on it.
Of larger significance is that I take pride in finishing all the games I join and my user details page states that I have not completed every game I started.
How can these issues, if any, be fixed?
thank you, b2b

OK, I'll look at it.
Can you check your email and tell me whether you got emails saying you had been accepted into the games? The text of the email should read "This is an automated message. One of the players in game number (number) has accepted your request to join the game as a replacement player. This means that it is now your turn to move; please visit the game's page and take your turn. Here is the URL of the game page: ..."
I think the thing where the game in your "finished games" list is highlighted green should be fixed now. It should just show up in blue.

Sorry, I got confused about which games you had joined as a replacement. You didn't join 10025 as a replacement, you were in it from the start. So you ought to have got an email about 9844, but not about 10025.
I notice that you said you sign in daily to play, but both of those games had Time Limit B set to 1 day. You do realise that this is enforced precisely (up to the 15-minute schedule of the maintenance program)? That is, if it becomes your turn at say, 4: 57 pm one day and by 5pm the next day you haven't made a move, you'll be kicked out. It doesn't wait until midnight, or anything like that.

Huh. Now that you've fixed the game log I do see it. I guess I just missed it. That's a bummer, I don't want to be perceived as someone who takes days to make a turn, or one who filches out of games if they are losing. Foolish pride I guess. I'll do better next time, and thank you for all you do. I'll have to keep an eye out for the Time Limits. So used to 36/7, both games were started by Havok, I need to remember to check his games more often. Playing at 10pm one night and then logging on at 11pm the next night is no good.

Yes. I'll delete the records of your participation from your list of games, but do watch out in future.
I think I'll add a thing in the lobby page so that if the game has a short time limit, you see a red warning message.

Just saw the black bold on the 1 day Time A limit. It is very obvious. Good adjustment. Thank you for deleting those two games, it wasn't necessary but it is appreciated.
