Daylight saving hours? I remembered that Hammerite said something about DSH not being taken into account?

I believe GMT remains constant and daylight savings just adjusts the offset by 1 hour. For example, here in the Rocky Mountains, MST is GMT-7 and MDT is GMT-6.
