Projected VPs explanation requested

This thread is open.

The Projected VP feature is great - but it would be nice to get some details, e.g. in the FAQ. It seems simple enough, but in game 174 I'm at the end (did my last move) and I get two different numbers:
Projected VPs (None Flip): 184
Projected VPs (All Flip): 185
I have ?35 left, all my tiles are flipped and I'm at 52 on the money track.

Why the difference?

In game 174 the difference between projected scores was because although all your tiles were flipped, another player had an unflipped tile in a location that you had a single rail link to. You stood to gain a point if that tile flipped.

I'll think about adding to the FAQ.

I see. I assumed that "All Flip" referred to all MY tiles, not all tiles on the board, since "None Flip" seems to refer to my tiles.

Assumption is the Mother of All Fuckups :-)
