Need to put the cost for Canal/Rail somewhere on the game board

And maybe add to that, the number of cards removed before play begins?

Added a box stating the cost of building canals/rails, near the Turn Order. It doesn't display correctly in Internet Explorer but I haven't got time to fix that right now.
I don't really see the need for a display stating the number of cards removed. The number of rounds in the current Phase is already on display.

Then how about # of cards remaining, so you know when loans are no longer available?

It will give you a warning on the last turn that loans can be taken. If you want to know before that, you can just apply the rule that loans can't be taken in the last 4 turns.

I looked where you create a game and cannot find that rule you are talking about. A loan count down next to rail cost would be nice. Giving a warning on the lst turn is nice, even better if you could plan in advance for that option?
Please do not get me wrong; I think its great all the effort you put into this game.
Thanks for letting us enjoy this Martin Wallace game!

No, I don't mean that's a rule you can choose to include in your games. "Apply" was a bad choice of word. What I mean is that you should always remember that in any game, loans can be taken at any time before the last four rounds, but not thereafter. This is a result of the rule that loans can't be taken after the players have drawn their last cards, the fact that the maximum hand size is 8, and the fact that two cards are used per turn.

The "apply" did throw me off, I went looking for the check box. I'm still trying to understand all the options, and I think I'm getting it too, and if I do, then you have mastered the ability to reach a vast audience.
When playing the game (at home on the table), I can see the deck and have an idea as to when its time for loans to end; When playino nline in the Game you have to remember its round 7 of 10 when loans end. I was thinking; you hold 8 cards in your hand (which is 4 rounds) that maybe a count down marker 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 NO-LOANS would apply after each round in the Rail-Phase?
Did you know that Martin Wallace is in Portugal right now? A friend of mine is visiting with him, and he just sent me an email of their night out. Keep up the good work on his game, way too cool!
