I?ve just finished a game and scored 183.66 points . how did i get 0.66 points ??

I think brass has only even points , don?t it ??

language doubt , in this case even will mean points withou anything after "." , am I right ?

The 0.66 means you were on income space number 66. Since the income spaces are numbered from 0 to 99, I turn "183 points and income space 66" into 183.66. So 183.66 is better than 183.62 but it is not better than 184.62 or 184.66, in line with the rule that income space is the first tiebreaker.

"even" means divisible by 2, i.e. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, ... (as opposed to odd which is 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, ...) On the language issue, what you mean is that 183.66 is *not a whole number* or *not an integer*.
